Auditorium Rental
At the Point Fortin Borough Corporation the auditorum is available for rental of Meetings, Weddings, Functions and other approved events. The rental application must include the following and can be submitted via Hard Copy or emailed to: pfbc@gov.tt or pfbc80@gmail.com
Requirements:
- A formal letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer requesting use of the auditorium, highlighting the Date, Time and Type of event.
Sample Format / Letter Header:
[CEO Name] Chief Executive Officer Point Fortin Borough Corporation 26-30 George Road
The letter of request should include a legible signature and contact infomation from the applicant.

All applications should be submitted no later than one (1) month prior to the requested date.
